I work to make the process less stressful by listening to your needs and continually adjusting my activities to them.  If you want to communicate by phone, text or email - no problem.  If you prefer to sit down and review details in person, that's also fine. I will take the time to explain all of the details.

My website is capable of providing virtually real-time information on the listings available on the MLS system, with more details and more current information than the public Realtor.ca site provides (including prices of recently sold listings). Regulations require that this information is protected by username and password, but it's easy to get access. Once you are there, you can create and save custom searches, mark favourites, and make notes on listings.
