The number one area in Whitby was Rolling Acres. The average increase here was exceptional at 37.3% with the average price in Q3 of 2016 being $673,520. In Q3 of 2015 the average price was $490,692.
Lynde Creek +22.3%
In second spot was Lynde Creek. With an average gain of 22.3%, the average price was $530,303 in Q3 2016 over an average of $433,588 last year.
Brooklin +20.8%
Third place was Brooklin. Prices gained an average of 20.8%, with a Q3 2016 value of $663,622 over last year's $549,541.
Blue Grass Meadows +20.6%
Fourth place went to Blue Grass Meadows. Prices here rose 20.6% with an average selling price of $554,793 in Q3 2016 versus $459,930 in Q3 2015.
Pringle Creek +21.7%
In fifth place was Taunton North. In Q3 2016 the average price was $606,621 compared to $498,657 in 2015.
