The number one area in Whitby was Williamsburg. The average increase here was exceptional at 30.9% with the average price in Q2 of 2016 being $648,359. In Q2 of 2015 the average price was $495,479.
Downtown Whitby +27.7%
In second spot was Downtown Whitby. With an average gain of 27.7%, the average price was $453,032 in Q2 2016 over an average of $365,595 last year.
Brooklin +23.2%
Third place was Brooklin. Prices gained an average of 23.2%, with a Q2 2016 value of $676,814 over last year's $549,344.
Rolling Acres +22.3%
Fourth place went to Rolling Acres. Prices here rose 26.9% with an average selling price of $628,918 in Q2 2016 versus $495,538 in Q2 2015.
Taunton North +21.7%
In fifth place was Taunton North. In Q2 2016 the average price was $606,621 compared to $498,657 in 2015.
